Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. All returned items should include original packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards, etc. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to cover lost or damaged packages.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy guidelines. After inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method used at checkout or as store credit.
Sale items may be refunded for the sale price, not the original price. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received. If you need to exchange an item, please return it following our return policy first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you would like.
